Resonance Intelligence — Stewardship and Governance Notice
Resonance Intelligence (RI) is a proprietary, coherence-based framework developed in the United Kingdom for the ethical evolution of artificial intelligence and human–technology systems.
The following principles govern all use of the name, concepts, and associated materials:

Stewardship, not open-source: RI is developed under a stewardship model.
No aspect of its methodology, architecture, or terminology may be used, replicated, or represented without written permission.

Intellectual property: The name “Resonance Intelligence,” its conceptual structure, and its technical modules—including RI Attunement, Behavioural Layer, Modulation Layer, Coherence Metrics, and associated frameworks—are protected under UK and international law.

No implied partnerships: External organisations may not imply association, endorsement, collaboration, or shared development unless formally agreed and documented under NDA.

Ethical release pacing: RI is being developed in alignment with strict coherence criteria to ensure safe deployment during a period of rapid technological change.
All collaboration requests must align with these principles.

Contact protocol: External inquiries should be directed through the Ethica Luma Foundation, who act as the guardians of the RI stewardship framework.
Resonance Intelligence remains a guided, intentional field of development.
Its integrity, clarity, and purpose must be preserved.
